The Islands Northern Two Cayes are located on the beautiful ocean Lighthouse Reef and is one of only five atolls in the entire Atlantic system, just 40 miles off mainland Belize. Lighthouse Reef is home to famed dive site, the Great Blue Hole in the Caribbean Sea in Belize.
The total area of the bigger island has 416 hectors and includes solid ground and 2 inner lagoons, which occupy most of the island, a mangrove forests and lowlands in the south. The beach, is 3.7 km long, has a convenient entrance into the sea.
Despite the fact that the atoll contains 93 miles of amazing reefs, representing one of the best diving spots in the Caribbean, it is also considered the perfect tropical atoll of the South Pacific, including a bird and marine reserve, countless coral areas and outstanding deep and shallow places for fishing.
This known atoll brought the famous Jacques-Yves Cousteau to the “Great Blue Hole” in 1973 and found a beautiful underwater wall in several places around the outer edge of the atoll.

The islands elevation is from 0.5 to 6 meters. All the islands of Belize are not high, but protected by a reef. The average water temperature is consistently: 28˚and the climate ranges from 20 – 29˚C. Generally the rainy season lasts from June to October.
Of the bigger Island of Northern Cayes acts as a runway length of 580 meters. There is a possibility to increase this up to 760 meters, or on another part of the island, where the length of the runway can reach 1.5 km.

Mangroves are a natural reserve, while the broader and deeper expanses of open water can serve as a beautiful marina.
