Le Cendrillon (The Cinderella) cheese is produced in Canada in the province of Quebec. In 2009, Le Cendrillon was awarded “The Best cheese in the world”, according to 300 international experts.
The World Cheese Awards Cheese experts estimate cheeses on structure, smell, appearance and taste. Le Cendrillon сheese won first place in all categories. In total, the contest was submitted about 2,400 cheeses.
